Responsibilities

• Analyzes blueprints and project plans to ensure that measurements, materials, and procedures are being followed for the best outcomes
• Constructs building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes; measures, cuts, and shapes using wood, plastic, and other materials
• Complies with all company and governmental safety guidelines; maintains and assures quality standards
• Ensures equipment, supplies, vehicles, and products are properly handled. Reports any equipment malfunction and or damage to the supervisor
• Inspects completed jobs and obtains customer approval
• Prepares documentation and pictures according to company policies and procedures to ensure reimbursement
• Provides quality customer support by giving updates on job timelines as tasks are completed while addressing any issues or concerns when appropriate.
• Establishes a good rapport with co-workers and clients

Qualifications

·                  Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of carpentry experience

·                  Strong working knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods, including installation and construction.

·                  Proficient in electrical and hand tools, as well as measurement tools

·                  Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

·                  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to follow directions

·                  Proven customer service experience and driven to help others

·                  Familiarity with CRM systems; experience using mobile software to enter data

·                  Punctual; reports to work on time

·                  Takes pride in their work and prioritizes activities to meet deadlines

·                  Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record; can pass a background check

·                  Driven, humble, and smart with a servant’s heart

Compensation

$20 - $25 hourly
