ROLE PURPOSE (Why This Seat Exists)

The Project Manager (PM) is accountable for disciplined construction execution following formal

production release from the Customer Experience Manager (CEM). This role owns how the job is

built—not what is sold.

This role exists to execute the Monroe Way in the field—building trust through disciplined

execution, protecting margin through operational control, and delivering quality work that

aligns with what was promised to the customer.

The PM owns schedule reliability, subcontractor coordination, field quality, safety enforcement,

documentation discipline, and job-level gross margin protection. The PM does not own scope

creation, estimating accuracy, or customer pricing decisions.

• Reports To: Construction Operations Manager

• Works Cross-Functionally With: Customer Experience Managers, Centralized Estimating

Group, Accounting, Subcontractors, and Field Teams

• Owns Results For: On-time completion, job-level gross margin, rolling 90-day gross

margin trends, schedule reliability, field quality, safety compliance, and documentation

discipline.
