ROLE PURPOSE (Why This Seat Exists)

The Business Development & Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving branch-level growth

through referral relationship development, marketing campaign execution, and community

engagement. This role strengthens Monroe Restoration’s and ServiceMaster by Monroe

Restoration’s presence across local markets by generating qualified leads, supporting revenue

growth, and maintaining strong partner relationships.

The position supports the Sales & Marketing function by creating consistent opportunities,

expanding referral networks, and ensuring Monroe Restoration remains the trusted restoration

partner within its service area.
